Please note that this is a typical course outline. Workshops can be tailored to our clients' specific requirements. Training methods: We use a number of training methods on our courses including role-play, workshops and group exercises. Throughout the course the delegates will participate in realistic role plays covering a variety of topics. Delegates will also have the opportunity to role play specific coaching situations which they have identified.
